A very bit­ter novel about the ina­bi­lity of men to com­mu­ni­cate. Kind of a »wes­tern« – only the hard ones will sur­vive. Not easy to read, as it is writ­ten in a nifty Ame­ri­can slang – not my kind of dish.

Impres­sive any­way, but it did not leave much impres­sion on me.

Cer­tainly recom­men­da­ble, but not for everybody.

Das ist eine sehr bit­tere Novelle über die mensch­li­che Unfä­hig­keit zur Kom­mu­ni­ka­tion. Und ziem­lich an einen »Wes­tern« erin­nernd – nur die Har­ten wer­dens über­le­ben. Das Ganze ist in hef­ti­gem US-Slang ver­fasst. Ein­drucks­voll, aber über­haupt nicht mein Fall und hat wenig Ein­druck hinterlassen.

Sicher lesens­wert, aber auch nicht jeder­manns Geschmack.
